Pizza / Calozone Dough

1/2 cup gluten flour

1 cup protein powder

1/2 cup wheat bran

1/2 cup ground almonds

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. dried yeast

olive oil
enough warm water to get a bread dough.

Mix all dry ingredients and add just enough warm water to get a bread dough. Let the dough rise, then mix again and form into a pizza crust on an oiled (Olive Oil ) pizza pan and let rise. Top with your favorite low-carb toppings and bake at 450 for 12-15 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly and browned.

For Calozone:
Fill half of the crust with your favorite low carb ingredients and fold the other half of the crust over and pinch closed. Cut three slits and top with low-carb sauce or garlic cream cheese sauce and grated cheese. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

1 large or two medium pizza/calozone doughs
21 grams for the entire dough mix

Italian herbs can be added to the dough if desired.
