Tasty, Crunchy Pizza Crust

2  eggs

4  tbsp. protein powder

1  tbsp. wheat fiber

1/2  tsp. gluten flour

1  oz. ground almonds

2  tbsp. Olive Oil

1/2  tsp. dried yeast

1/4  tsp.salt

Mix all ingredients and let rise for 30 minutes. Pour out batter on to a pizza pan covered with greased (olive oil) foil. spread batter out to form a circle, let rise another 20 minutes.

Bake for 10 minutes at 425, the crust shouldn't brown at this time. Remove from oven and cool. After cooling, carefully pull the crust away from the foil and place upside down onto the greased (olive oil) pizza pan. Top with your favorite low-carb toppings and bake until the crust is golden brown and toppings are done, approx. 10-15 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before slicing. Eat and enjoy.

Makes 1 small crust  = 8 slices
1 gram carbs per slice

8 grams of carbohydrates for the entire crust.
